INTERESTING FACT: The charges in U.S v. FVS Holdings, Inc. dba Green Valley Drugs do not depend upon whether the compounded medications were sterile or not, properly tested or not, etc. The civil charges are based upon illegal dispensing and manufacturing. So you could have a clean inspection from the FDA and state authorities and still be guilty of violating these federal statutes in some cases.
