Allison Benson at the Texas Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) indicates that "[a]t this time the information reported by the pharmacy regarding its services is not verified by TSBP." Maybe this is something that the TSBP needs to examine on all pharmacies forms to check to see if the correct answers were provided and if not maybe there needs to be a penalty or fine. The records are only as good as the information provided and maintained. If the information is false or not true, then it is useless.
