Disciplinary Records and License Verifications of the Texas Pharmacy Board of Texas Are Not Easy Information to Find but They Are On-Line; But You Will Have to Request Inspection Reports on the Open Request Form

Tables are updated once a week on Tuesdays

The files are saved in CSV (Comma delimited) format. These files are rather large and should be saved to your own computer. It is not recommended to click on the links and read them in your browser window due to the size of these files. Right click on the link and then choose to Save As or Save Target As. The files may be re-opened as ASCII text files, Excel files, or imported into most database tables.

These files are located on an FTP server managed by The Texas State Board of Pharmacy and may require that your browser or FTP program send your identity (e-mail name) as password with anonymous login. Your email address will not be used or saved and is only a requirement by the FTP service settings.
