SPAARx Appeals for Congressional Action on Compounding Legislation

 

In April of this year the Specialty Pharmacy Association of America launched a campaign to prompt action in Washington relating to Compounding. At the time, sub-committees in both the Senate and the House of Representatives were beginning to grapple with the need for appropriate regulations for companies involved in compounding. Although draft bills were approved by both houses, Congress has failed to pass legislation.
