Question of the Day August 20, 2013 How has the liability changed for hospitals, etc. who choose to go ahead and use a compounding pharmacy such as NuVision when the FDA has warned against using their compounds? Has it changed at all? What arguments can be made that it has or hasn't? What kind of liability should or does NuVision now have?
