Kudos to Texas State Board of Pharmcy for Recent Disciplinary Action Against Compounders
I still don't feel safe. These disciplinary actions are so light, they do nothing to defer other licensees from further violations. And these are only "easy to prosecute stuff". What about compounding pharmacies manufacturing and wholesaling drugs (illegally) without a license to do so? NuVision is still in business. They still are importing tainted misbranded and adulterated drugs into Florida.
