(although Texas did recently advertise for pharmacists to serve on disciplinary cases--although it is not clear these are compounding cases). Is this legislation just politics as usual? Doesn't this re-enforce the need for the FDA to have jurisdiction over "manufacturing compounders" who make the big bucks and can lobby for legislation to protect their interest. Is such legislation even constitutionally valid?
