In Looking at the List of IACP COMP Pac Donors Names and Pharmacies Are Jumping Out Right And Left As Having Issues With the FDA and State Boards of Pharmacy (not to say that there

are certainly not names I am not making such a connection with) but the question of the day is why are so many of the donors having such issues?  Is it because their standards of compounding not being up to par or is it because they are being targeted?  Are is there no correlation whatsoever? Are most of the pharmacies on this list the ones who would ultimately be considered "manufacturing compounders?"
