Why does Nancy Loomis, RPh have an active license with ZERO discipline recorded, not even a public complaint, when the pharmacy she owned and operated as a supervising pharmacist plead GUILTY to a FELONY?)

Olympia Pharmacy is owned by Nancy and Stan Loomis (with Nancy Loomis, R.Ph. being the prescription department manager). These are the same owners of the defunct Signature Pharmacy that was the center of "Operation Which Doctor" that Albany County (NY) State Attorney prosecuted against this pharmacy and several "rejuvenation clinics" that were shipping anabolic steroids and HGH across the nation without prescriptions based upon valid doctor-patient relationships. The pharmacy plead guilty to some crimes, but for the reason of the Florida DOH Bureau of Enforcement being so inept, Nancy and Stan Loomis never were disciplined (and then opened up another pharmacy). So, it wasn't just Franck's Lab that got reborn as Trinity Care Solutions and Apothecure that got reborn as NuVision Pharmacy.
