QUESTION OF THE DAY: 4/14/2013 With the FDA finding serious violations in the compounding pharmacies that it recently

inspected and state boards of pharmacy inspectors having not previously found these serious violations (assuming the states did inspect these pharmacies recently or that they should have),  isn't this a strong argument that the states should not have primiary jurisdiction for regulating and inspecting compounding pharmacies or are there reasons the states should be given additional time to show they can handle theses inspections.
