Question of the Day: 4/10/2013 How Serious Should the Violation Be Before a Compounder Is Held Criminally Responsible?

 One Blog Suggest Failure to Use Local Compounders Invite Potential Disaster and Potentially a Prescription for Murder.  Should a death occur before criminal charges are brought? If not how serious does the violation need to be keeping in mind that prosecutors have great discretion as to when and what charges to bring?
