MUST READ: Letter Requesting action against Nuvision/Apothecure--Dr. Woliner points a big problem with compounding pharmacies in his letter

Mark Whitten,
If you recall my warning from January, Apothecure, knowing they would be forced to voluntarily relinquish, established another pharmacy called "NuVision Pharmacy" at the same address (with the only change in suite number from 100 to 110).  They relinquished the Apothecure license, PAID NO FINE WHATSOEVER, but still are allowed to keep their Florida NuVision Pharmacy License without any restrictictions.
Now we see that both pharmacies are issuing recall notices because their sterile/injectable drugs are not sterile. Both notices are identical because they are the exact same company.
Please, please, can you do something to get the MQA Bureau of Enforcement to get off their backside and issue an Emergency Suspension Order on NuVision Pharmacy.  They are going to hurt someone again soon (as they have already killed 3 people with adulterated Colchicine).  Unfortunately, the MQA Bureau of Enforcement doesn't seem to want to do anything about this rogue compounding pharmacy.
Maybe they'll listen to you.
Best of health,
Kenneth N. Woliner, M.D., A.B.F.M.
