Texas Board of Pharmacy Considering Prohibiting Out of State Pharmacies From Mailing or Shipping Compounded Drugs Into State
It's just a little ironic, when a Texas Pharmacy, Apothecure (a.k.a. NuVision Pharmacy), mailed compounded drugs (IV Colchicine), which was misbranded/adulterated, into Oregon (a state it didn't even have a license to operate in), leading to 3 deaths.
