Drug Safety, Access Could Be Targets Of DOJ Enforcement In 2013

Drug safety issues -- including misrepresentation of safety information and violations of good manufacturing practices -- will be a top area of focus for the Department of Justice in 2013, the head of the department's consumer protection branch told industry compliance officers.
