Emily Rourk E-Mail – Compounding Pharmacies and Central Fill. Ms. Rourk questioned if compounding pharmacies were allowed to participate in central fill practices. The Board stated there is no restriction to prevent compounding pharmacies to participate in central fill practices. However she should reference the FDA rules regarding compounding pharmacies.
