Westchase Compounding Pharmacy, LLC from Tampa FL fined by Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
The Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy has fined Westchase Compounding Pharmacy LLC, Tampa, FL in case #99-5815 – Case 1111. In an agreed order Westchase admitted to shipping patient- specific prescriptions to a physician’s office. The board imposed a fine of $6,400. That is a pretty steep fine, but then again you are dealing with things that can be helpful or harmful to someone's well being. It is important that when you are looking for a pharmacy, you look for one that is able to fit your needs. You wouldn't want to go to one like the one above.
